Welcome to Half Moon Drive! Our private walkout basement apartment has a shared driveway on the north side of the house, along with ample parking area and tons of yardage. The french doors off the living room offer full access to the back yard, firepit and patio area. The property is less than 5 mins away from everything on campus and only 10 minutes from all things Downtown Lansing. Welcome to Spartan Country!! 🤠
The space
The fully furnished basement apartment offers a private keyless entry and french doors that open up from the living room into the patio area and backyard. The rear bedroom also has its own private exterior door for easy access to the parking area and to the partially fenced back yard for your furry friends.
Guest access
The entire basement will be your private area. All guest vehicles need to enter the North side of the driveway and be parked behind the house near the side door. The wooden staircase is very old but safe, although it has no handrail. Use at your own risk.
During your stay
We prefer to communicate thru the app and are very near in case a need arises.
Things to note
Enter the north end of the Half-Moon driveway and park behind the house near the side door. This will be your private entrance.
