Welcome to Livingston Acres. We are excited to share our quiet, 2 bedroom, FULLY FURNISHED BASEMENT apartment with private entrance for your stay. The property is beautifully set atop 10 acres of wooded nature which overlook the natural spring-fed pond. Enjoy the beauty of country life while visiting the historic Eaton Rapids area. Your respite awaits.
The space
The fully furnished space includes full kitchen, electric fireplace, full size bathroom with dual pedestal sinks & mirrors, full size tub/shower, dedicated desk work space, TV with DVD player, huge screen for projector (not provided), and an outdoor fire pit with chairs.
Guest access
Our hot tub is currently out of order but will be replaced this summer! The garage and Main house are not open to guests but can be booked separately for large events. The grill can be used, along with the deck on the south side. The firepit can also be used with caution. Wood for fires provided.
The neighborhood
We are located on a dirt road between two huge fields with a pond and 8 acres of undisturbed woodlands. The deer and waterfowl will join your stay if you ask them nicely.
Getting around
Far away from everything, we offer a great time to rest and relax to the sound of the spring fed pond and wild turkeys running through the yard.

The owners may not be on site during your stay, so please feel free to contact the hosts listed on your reservation.
Things to note
There is a lot of wildlife to behold during your stay, specifically wild turkeys and deer who are very curious and may come into the yard, even just outside the back door. Please do not attempt to feed or chase the wildlife on the property. We hope you enjoy the country life!

But we got there and walked into a very spacious, very homey apartment and the one bedroom had bunk beds (4) which we were pleasantly surprised to find! “Our location was as beautiful and peaceful as listed. We were a short distance from our family and town. Eaton Rapids is a small town but we love it and worth the trip . Easy distance to Charlotte & Lansing. Our space was lovely & clean. We were comfortable here. It was a bit warm for one of us but it’s unusual weather - high heat index.
