Charming home on a quiet, tree-lined street, a lovely setting for a peaceful stay and restorative sleep. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining and living areas and a full kitchen, with an additional half bath upstairs. The large, private, fenced-in back yard is perfect for relaxing (and for dogs, see our pet policy). Washer and dryer available in the basement.

Things to note

Please note: the upstairs shower currently has low water pressure. For our guests who are bringing a dog: We love our furry friends. To allow us to continue hosting beloved pets, please carefully read and follow our pet policy. The owner is responsible for any and all damage caused by the pet. Pet Number Limit: Guests are welcome to bring up to two dogs. Please contact us specifically ahead of time if you plan to bring more than two dogs. Please also inform us in advance if you are bringing more than one pet. Pet Fee: The pet fee is $50 per stay. (For maximum two dogs). Furniture Policy: Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding. Supervision Requirement: Under no circumstances can dogs be left unattended, neither inside the property nor in the yard. If left unattended inside the property, dogs must be crated. Let us know if you need a pet sitter, and we can recommend local services. Pets must be leashed outside the property. The back yard is fenced, however, the gate areas are not sufficiently secure to guarantee no dog can escape. Noise Control: To ensure a peaceful environment for guests & neighbors, please make sure your pet does not cause excessive noise. Waste Management: Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Flea Treatment: Pets must be treated for fleas within fourteen days of arrival. Proof of treatment is required. Vaccination Records: Please ensure your pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date. Vaccination records may be required before your stay.
